Our family spent many years trying to get Mum to agree to move from the family home of 50 years. When she finally agreed to look at alternatives we were mind boggled at the alternatives offered for both life style and cost.

After much time and effort spent visiting some of these alternatives we were beginning to understand her reluctance but a chance referral to Peter Hogg at Platinum and one call later, with a catch up with Peter including Mum changed all that.

Peter seemed to understand Mum's requirements and provided several alternatives that he believed would suit her personal circumstances. Without the family involved he chauffeured Mum around and talked through in plain English the pros and cons of each site visited allowing Mum to make an informed decision.

Despite some initial teething problems that can be associated with a move like this, Mum is settled and could not be happier.

A year down the track and continues to maintain contact with ourselves and Mum on a regular basis to ensure there are no issues. For value for dollar, bang for buck and all round satisfaction, I cannot recommend the use of Platinum Retirement Solutions enough. They saved both Mum and the family from many headaches and stress.
