Peter and Janette have lived on the Central Coast for most of their lives and have 2 wonderful adult children and 3 beautiful Granddaughters for whom they are very proud. Daughter Melinda has followed in her Mother’s footsteps becoming a valued member of staff at Kitchen’s of Sara Lee Australia Limited Lisarow and Pymble working in their Accounting Department being responsible to the Financial Controller.
Son Stephen is the Licensee in Charge and Central Coast Business Manager of Central Coast Community Strata Title Management (CSTM) Tuggerah and Terrigal. Stephen has worked in the real estate industry his entire working life where he has built an excellent reputation for honesty, integrity and for the delivery of service and reliability.

Peter has held the positions of Village, Sales and General Manager of retirement villages both large and small over many years now and has held these positions of trust and responsibility with honour and distinction so say his peers. He is also a qualified Automotive Engineer and certainly knows his way around motor vehicles. He has been a Justice of the Peace NSW (registration number 150482) for 34 years now and has been a recipient of the prestigious “Rotary Pride of Workmanship Award”.

Janette has a strong professional background and qualifications in Accounting.
She has worked in both the private sector and within Government instrumentalities throughout her working life and has served these organisations with honour and distinction so say her peers.
During her working life she has fulfilled various positions including but not limited to; Assistant Accountant Kitchens of Sara Lee Australia Limited Lisarow where she was responsible to the Financial Controller and Managing Director, Registrar of Cooma (NSW) TAFE College (Illawarra Institute of Technology), business partner, company secretary and she has extensive experience in the banking sector having worked for the National Australia Bank (NAB) for quite some years now.
As Registrar of Cooma TAFE College she dealt directly with both the NSW Minister for Education and the Director General of Education and was responsible for the administration and the day to day running of the college in conjunction with the College Manager. Additionally she was a highly respected and valued member of staff at Living Choice Australia Limited/Central Coast Retirement Limited working from their Broadwater Court Retirement Village complex Kincumber for some years.
She worked primarily in the Accounting Department and was responsible for the creation, calculation and distribution of the residents monthly levy statements (recurrent fees) in conjunction with the Director, General Manager - Finance.
Her responsibilities also extended to fielding queries and questions raised by residents in matters of recurrent fees as well as other accounting and village matters. Resident’s recurrent fees forms an integral part of retirement village life and are a major component of the village budget and as such must be handled with utmost consideration, understanding and due diligence.
Janette also served as personal assistant (PA) to the Founder, Chairman of the Board and Managing Director Living Choice Australia Limited Mr Ron Dobler.
During her time spent in the retirement village industry she maintained qualifications in Senior First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation. Her duties also included that of receptionist, transporting residents to and from medical appointments as required and providing them comfort and support in liaison with Village Management and nursing staff. In addition she served as back up to both Deepwater Court Retirement Village Woy Woy and Alloura Waters Retirement Village Davistown. These villages are part of the Living Choice Australia family.
Janette possesses substantive retirement village knowledge and experience and is fully conversant in all aspects of retirement village life. She has always placed the health, care and wellbeing of residents placed in her trust and care above all else.
